A reminder to Unit Owners not to park  vehicles on the streets of our complex.

• As per our Documents, parking is permitted only in your driveway and garage.

• Additionally, vehicles may not be parked in such manner as to block access to garages, driveways, fire hydrants and fire lanes, pedestrian crossing areas, trash collection or mailboxes.

• Please ensure the safety of all of us by observing these parking regulations.

• You are responsible for informing your guests about parking, as well.

• Please garage your vehicles when snow is forecast. If this is not possible, please plan to move your vehicles during the plowing process to facilitate the cleanup.

Sincerely,Your Executive Committee

Reporting EMERGENCY Property Repairs

The Association provides for repair service for the common and limited common elements as described in our Declaration. Generally, this limits such repair work to problems outside your unit, exclusive of the air conditioner condenser. If in doubt, please call to determine if a problem is covered.

Magee’s Property Management division can be reached to address any concerns that you may have in several different ways:

By phone, Monday – Friday (9 am - 5pm) at: 860-953-2200 EXT. 117. All issues and inquiries should be directed to the attention of Strawberry Field’s dedicated contact, Jason Leavitt.

By e-mails to: Manager@MageeCompanies.com

Each and every correspondence with Magee should always include:

a) your name,

b) community name,

c) unit number,

d) brief description of problem and/or situation,

and finally,

e) the telephone number where you can be reached.

There is also a system in place to communicate emergency situations ONLY 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by dialing 860-953-2200 and selecting option 7- Then follow the prompts.

We respectfully request that this service is used in appropriate circumstances only and IS NOT ABUSED, as all non-emergency uses of this service will incur a $75.00 charge back to the UNIT OWNER’S ACCOUNT. An emergency is defined when danger is present or property damage has occurred or is about to occur.
