These are the community items planned for June:

  4. •Summer Lawn Fertilizer with Grub & Broadleaf Weed Control

  6. •Irrigation System - mid season operational check

South Winsor Events

These are some upcoming items planned in our town:

  1. •Pre-Concert Family Bike Rides at Evergreen Walk:

  2. Beginning June 26th, meet SW Walk & Wheel Ways on Thursday evenings for a family-friendly bike ride before each of the summer concerts at Evergreen Park (near LL Bean).  Registration begins at 5:30PM for a 6PM ride. We ride up to 10 miles on mostly flat roads in nearby quiet neighborhoods.  Each time you join us, your name will be entered into a rafffle for a chance to win a new children's bike donated by Andy Johnson of "The Bike Shop" located at 1735 Ellington Rd. (near Stop & Shop) in South Windsor. The drawing for the bike wil be held on the last concert of the series. You must be present for the drawing.  After the ride, sit back and enjoy the concert. Rain dates are on the following Tuesday.  Helmets are required on the ride.
